Payment & Refunds

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. After shipment, customers will be updated with a tracking number.
Customs and import taxes are buyer responsibility.
The Botanical Trading Co. is happy to offer full returns (minus shipping charges). If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund back onto the original payment method. Returns made after 10 days of receival will be issued a store credit. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Order Cancellations
All orders are FINAL - we do not accept order cancellations as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept exchanges.
